As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future. You will help people make confident, informed decisions about their lives and careers, build strong client relationships, and support tax professionals throughout the process. What You'll Bring
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients at their preferred times. Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Expertise
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous customer service experience. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Benefits
