Inside Sales Setter Team Lead

position located in

Provo, Utah . The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:

Coaching & Development (20–25% - Weekly): Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions with Setters, focusing on performance, call reviews, and improvement goals

Team Meetings & Training (12–15% - Weekly/Monthly): Lead three 30-minute weekly team meetings and coach new hires after training to ensure correct procedures and address mistakes promptly

Performance Monitoring & Motivation (20–25% - Daily): Track metrics, provide real-time feedback, and support the team to meet daily and weekly goals

Call Analysis & Quality Control (10–12% - Weekly): Review calls to ensure script adherence, professionalism, and compliance

Reporting & Cross-Department Collaboration (15–20% - Daily/Weekly): Prepare performance reports, monitor AI Setter automation, and partner with QA, Training, Workforce Management, CAM, and IT to resolve issues

Team Support & Accountability (10–12% - Daily/As needed): Provide guidance through team channels, enforce policies, address adherence issues, and manage special projects or overflow tasks

Address issues including performance shortfalls, call handling errors, data discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, and AI automation reliability concerns

Resolve challenges that require analytical skills, sales process knowledge, and collaboration with QA, Training, Workforce Management, CAM, and IT

Utilize resources including Genesys, Pest Routes, Google Workspace, Slack, Sigma, and AI Setter automation monitoring tools

Make independent decisions related to coaching, team performance, scheduling adjustments, day-to-day operations, and AI Setter monitoring

Escalate complex or sensitive policy matters, HR concerns, significant procedural exceptions, or systemwide issues to the correct departments, as well as the Inside Sales Director

Make decisions guided by company policy, operational impact, and team performance data

Manage direct reports, including Inbound and Outbound Setters

Collaborate with the Inside Sales Director, QA, Training, Workforce Management, CAM, IT, and other departments

Influence revenue generation and customer satisfaction by ensuring Setters consistently qualify and route leads accurately

Drive effective coaching, accountability, and automation management to minimize errors, improve lead conversion rates, and enhance the customer experience in alignment with organizational goals and sales objectives

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

At least 2 years of call center experience in sales

Knowledge of inside sales processes, lead qualification, team coaching, performance metrics, reporting, and systems, including Genesys, Pest Routes, Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, Sigma, and AI Setter automation tools

Ability to manage and monitor team performance effectively

Critical thinking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thoroughly review accounts/situations

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational issues, improve processes, and maintain automation reliability

Excellent verbal and written communication to coach, motivate, and collaborate with internal teams and other departments.
