Territory: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan.

Texwrap is looking for a proven and dynamic sales leader to be the Regional Sales Manager for the West Region. This position is home-based and will travel extensively throughout the territory. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) contributes to the company's success by developing, maintaining, and growing distributor relationships to achieve targeted sales goals. They are a motivated, self‑starter, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional growth. This position reports to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance established Channel Partners by providing sales support, leadership, product and sales skills training, sales management, and motivation.

Continuously develop strategies to keep current Channel Partners vital and growing in sales of the Texwrap Product Line, measured by revenue generation, CP interface with end users, and product training.

Establish new, qualified Distributor and Agent representation of the Texwrap brand where appropriate to attain sales revenue and market share targets.

Create and maintain Channel Partner evaluation procedures to identify strengths and weaknesses of new and existing partners for training and replacement purposes.

Oversee day‑to‑day tasks of managing all Channel Partners within the geographic territory.

Continuously improve procedures of defining, assigning, and following up on sales leads so that the most qualified partner gets the opportunity to close the business.

Introduce new products to the Channel Partners as they are developed.

Provide training and marketing materials for the Channel Partner, make joint sales calls with partner representatives, and demonstrate proper and safe use of Texwrap equipment.

Develop sales opportunities, strategies, and value‑based solutions through application evaluations with end‑user customers.

Coordinate activities with other sales team members in Distributed Products, including Orion and Wexxar Regional Sales Managers and National Account Managers, to maximize sales of Texwrap products.

Prepare, in coordination with others, a Strategic Action Plan and Tactical Action Plan that leads to the attainment of the annual sales forecast and aligns with company values, vision, and practices.

Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to organize and track multiple sources of information and data to achieve sales targets.

Conduct yourself with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

Self‑starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees and Channel Partners.

Sales Manager mentality, understanding that success is achieved through other people’s performance.

Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

Top‑level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Ability to train and motivate salespeople and develop and execute strategic and tactical action plans.

Comfortable with extensive business travel.

Proficient with electronic communications tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000; Commission: $40,000 – $60,000.
