Practical experience with motor control circuits, VFDs, contactors, and power distribution.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability; hands‑on with prototypes and production equipment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills across disciplines.

Understanding of data‑center reliability requirements (redundancy, uptime, failover design).

Knowledge of harmonic mitigation, surge protection, and power‑quality principles.

Familiarity with PLC and BAS/BMS integration.

Commitment to sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Strong collaboration with other functional teams.
