Base pay range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
What you’ll tackle
Map, measure, and analyze manufacturing and business processes to surface inefficiencies.
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects—own scoping, facilitation, and delivery.
Drive cross‑functional implementation and sustainment of improvements.
Host root‑cause sessions and hands‑on problem‑solving workshops.
Coach teams on CI methods, tools, and mindset.
Use film equipment to capture processes and develop standard work.
Create clear documentation of changes and results.
Your toolkit
5+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment
Applied Lean and/or Six Sigma experience
Analytical rigor and proven project management capability
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience with Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (preferred)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Background with Siemens a plus

Work environment and physical expectations
Non-climate-controlled areas as needed
Standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and manual handling of tools/objects
Frequent verbal communication; occasional odor detection
Lift/move up to 40 pounds
Visual abilities: close and distance vision, color differentiation, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
