We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Chargeback Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing chargebacks to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective resolution of discrepancies. Responsibilities
Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of chargeback deductions to identify patterns and discrepancies. Dispute Management: Prepare and dispute chargebacks with the appropriate documentation, ensuring timely follow‑ups to resolve issues efficiently. Reporting Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports tracking chargebacks, providing insights on status and volume to assist in decision‑making. Accounts Receivable Focus: Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to address all aspects of the chargeback process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and EDI systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in chargeback management or related financial analysis is a plus. Health Insurance. 40k. Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays). Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on individual experience and qualifications Seniority level
