Planogram Analyst (CPG)
– Acosta – Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days in office)
Description This position is based in Charlotte, NC and will operate in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
Generate data and insights to support category management and sales projects, including category reviews, new item presentations, scorecards, assortment/shelving, and ad-hoc analytics.
Provide analytical support for National Shelving Study projects and initiatives using various CPG and retailer data sources and tools.
Perform quality control of data sources and ensure accuracy of deliverables, collaborating with BI associates and vendors.
Build and update dashboards, and provide insights.
Participate in creating space-to-sales presentations that incorporate syndicated data and other sources to address business issues.
Work closely with business managers to ensure quality results are delivered.
Stay informed of client KPIs, strategies, innovation, and other important information.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Intermediate proficiency in Windows and related software applications including Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and advanced macros is a strong asset.
Experience with retailer POS, syndicated data, and/or category/space management tools is an asset.
A strong drive for results, pursuing assigned tasks with energy and a desire to achieve.
Ability to understand and apply basic math and CPG principles in assigned work.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
