Job Overview
Our client is going live with Epic in three waves and is looking for experienced Epic Lumens consultants to support Command Center operations, post‑go‑live optimization, and additional build work leading up to future go‑lives.
ROLES NEEDED:
4 Lumens Analysts, 1 Lumens Manager 100% remote, 100% remote location
Responsibilities
Perform build and configuration tasks within the Epic Lumens module.
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system design.
Participate in system testing, validation, and readiness activities leading up to go‑live.
Troubleshoot and resolve build‑related issues in collaboration with other Epic analysts.
Provide input on post‑go‑live optimization and enhancement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Epic certification standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
Epic certification in Lumens is required.
Strong experience in healthcare IT and Epic implementations.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in large healthcare systems or academic medical centers.
Familiarity with clinical documentation workflows and integration points.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with clinical and technical teams.
Experience Level Expert Level
Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Jersey City, NJ. 100% remote.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $80.00 – $96.00/hr.
