IT Finance PMO – SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Partnering with Senior Leadership to source SAP Talent in the DACH Region ✔
Masentó is working with a global food manufacturing company embarking on an SAP S/4 HANA transformation and requires a Finance PMO to join their team on a C2C basis. This will be an initial 9‑month contract with the opportunity to extend.
This role will be pivotal in building and maintaining an integrated program plan across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and visibility throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive, integrated program plan across finance and related workstreams.
Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure all activities, dependencies, and milestones are accurately captured.
Identify and resolve planning gaps or overlaps to maintain program cohesion.
Establish and lead regular touchpoints with workstream teams to monitor progress, risks, and issues.
Facilitate cross‑functional communication and ensure timely escalation of critical items.
Prepare and deliver executive‑level reporting and dashboards.
Ensure consistent and accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
Maintain centralized repositories for program artifacts and updates.
Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting for the transformation program.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a PMO or Program Manager on SAP implementation projects, ideally S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of finance processes and financial planning principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
Must be located in the USA and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
PMP or similar project management certification.
Experience with SAP Activate project methodologies.
Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness practices.
