Job Description
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include reprographic services, and shipping and receiving
Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments
Receiving material shipments and re‑stocking, keeping storage spaces orderly
Availability for overtime, including weekends, during busy seasons to accommodate client needs and support team coverage
Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed
Maintain and monitor tidiness in break areas
Stocking the break areas with general supplies
Take inventory of office supplies; identifying when to replenish and how much
Take directions from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross‑training
Provide backfill as needed
The pay range for this position starts at $18.25/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience as a Site Representative and/or a minimum of 1 year demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area
Directly‑related equipment operation experience
Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of related equipment
Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
Strong organizational skills, attention to details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to learn various programs and applications
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards
Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy
Ability to take and follow directions
