Job Description A Domain Architect for Enterprise Security is responsible for designing and implementing security solutions across our organization's technology landscape. They analyze security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. They also collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of an organization's technology infrastructure, while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets.
Daily Tasks Performed
Security Design and Architecture: Knowledge of security design and architecture for organizational systems to meet defined cybersecurity needs; embed security principles while minimizing risks.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Promote culture of continuous improvement across functions to solve business problems.
Frameworks and Industry Standards: Align security programs, policies, and standards with regulations and organizational context.
Communicating Complex Concepts: Use presentations to explain complex concepts in clear language.
Domain Knowledge: Apply domain-specific knowledge to relevant situations.
Technical Excellence: Develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Cybersecurity Expertise: Deploy and monitor cybersecurity measures, detect and prevent breaches.
What This Person Will Be Working On This role includes Cloud Security, AI Security, endpoint security, Network security and other domains as needed.
Qualifications Is related bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of IT business work experience. Desired certifications include CISSP, CCSP, CCNP, CISA, or equivalent.
Problem Solving: Approaches, tools, techniques for resolving organizational problems.
Conceptual Thinking: Identify critical ideas and interdependencies.
Cloud Security: Minimize security risks to cloud services.
Container Security: Secure container environments and audit.
AI Security: Design secure architectures for Gen AI system with threat modeling, data protection, and compliance.
Cyber Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess and propose countermeasures.
Threat Analysis and Defense: Analyze threats and develop defense strategies.
Identity and Access Management: Manage access to infrastructure.
DevSecOps: Integrate security into DevOps processes.
