About this role As RVP you will lead a team of Regional Account Directors across the United States. You will partner with healthcare system executives to adopt Aidoc’s life‑saving, AI‑enhanced workflow and drive multi‑year SaaS agreements. Your strategic vision and execution would position Aidoc as the undisputed leader in enterprise‑wide imaging AI decision‑support solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and mentor a team of executive sales professionals to exceed annual targets.

Drive assigned strategic accounts to new levels of spend and expand existing accounts’ ARR by 130% year over year.

Represent Aidoc’s vision in large, strategic customer engagements and leverage the senior executive team to support large deals.

Develop and execute an annual sales plan for each assigned account, creating qualified pipeline equivalent to 4x the annual objective.

Provide customized‑to‑customer presentations and leverage product demos to close new use cases.

Conduct quarterly or thrice‐annual business reviews to deepen relationships and drive new technology adoption.

Maintain weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast accuracy through Salesforce CRM updates and management calls.

Communicate clearly and transparently with management, customers, and the sales team.

Travel to customer locations and industry events to support sales efforts.

Identify and build relationships with health system groups and key physician leaders (KOLs).

Leverage your network to develop referring relationships and position yourself as a thought leader in the market.

Requirements

BA/BS degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.

Consistently achieve quota and manage complex sales of $1M+ from start.

7+ years of successfully selling enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in medical imaging, advanced analytics, population health, or clinical decision support.

Demonstrated success in selling directly to C‑suite and key physician leaders in large health systems.

Experience growing the funnel, working with marketing to move sales stages, and closing deals.

Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Self‑directed, resourceful, and a strong work ethic.

Strong customer references.
