Role – Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Bay Area)
Hunter‑focused role targeting enterprise logos in identity, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
Average deal size $150K; sales cycles 4–6 months, some close in 3 months
Engage directly with Founders, CEOs, and CISOs, and leverage strong channel partnerships (Optiv, GuidePoint, Wipro, Trace3, Defy Security)
Proven track record of closing 7‑figure deals required
Bonus structure: $100K for first $1M ACV deal, $200K for $2M, $300K for $3M
Responsibilities
Own the Bay Area territory and target Fortune 500 accounts
Drive new business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach and channel partnerships
Partner with customers to understand pain points and demonstrate value via tailored demos and POCs
Manage deals end‑to‑end, including discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing
Influence customer adoption strategies and act as a trusted advisor
Ideal Candidate
5+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales, with experience in Identity, IAM, or cybersecurity preferred
Proven hunter mentality with ability to drive large, complex deals
Comfortable engaging C‑level executives and managing multi‑stakeholder opportunities
Strong channel relationships a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment
