What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)
Execute automated regression cycles to ensure data accuracy and system stability post-update
Build and execute LoadNinja scripts for performance testing under peak load scenarios
Train QA and functional team members on PTF usage, maintenance, and automation best practices
Collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to facilitate smooth testing cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in functional and regression testing of PeopleSoft applications
Proven hands‑on experience creating and maintaining PTF scripts
Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, specifically Financial Aid and Student Records modules
Proficiency in SQL, PeopleSoft Query, and Client ALM
Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated test integration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with LoadNinja, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
Familiarity with higher education processes and systems
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities
