The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the recruiting organization. This role oversees recruiting operations, enablement, technology management, and data‑driven insights to ensure the TA team delivers a consistent, efficient, and high‑quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Senior Manager partners closely with TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, implement innovative solutions, and align recruiting operations with enterprise objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the TA Operations function, ensuring smooth execution of all recruiting processes and programmes.
Own and optimise all recruiting tools, systems and technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to drive recruiter efficiency and improve candidate experience.
Develop analytics to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure recruiting effectiveness, efficiency and quality of hire.
Oversee and coach the Sourcing and TA Coordinator teams to ensure operational alignment and delivery excellence.
Design and maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into team performance, pipeline health and hiring trends.
Manage relationships with RPO providers, external vendors and technology partners to ensure service‑level and performance alignment.
Implement and maintain process documentation, training and enablement materials to ensure consistent execution across the TA organisation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce time‑to‑fill and enhance recruiter and hiring manager satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and organisational hiring requirements and audit readiness across all TA processes.
As a manager, foster a learning culture within the team focused on coaching, regular feedback, accountability and development that energises colleagues.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Qualifications
Typically 8+ years of TA operations/enablement or HR operations preferred.
Typically 3+ years leading a recruiting team (e.g., sourcers, coordinators) preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Proven success leading TA Operations or Enablement teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Strong experience managing ATS, CRM and sourcing technologies (e.g., Oracle, iCIMS, Eightfold, Accurate).
Demonstrated ability to analyse recruiting metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience managing or partnering with RPOs and external recruiting vendors.
Uses analytics and KPIs to inform strategy, improve performance and influence executive decisions.
Clearly communicates complex ideas and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Global experience working with recruiting teams in different geographies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (very strong Excel skills, Power BI).

Preferred Location and Compensation Preferred location: Atlanta, GA. Salary range: $106,300.00 to $233,800.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in‑office role based in Atlanta.
