Atlanta, GA (Onsite 5 days a week)
Work Hours:
4:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (PST Hours | 8‑hour shift)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in managing both physical and virtual infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring uptime, performance, and security across enterprise and edge data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain server and network hardware (Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto).
Perform structured cabling, power, and cooling system management within data center facilities.
Provide remote hands support for troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance.
Ensure system uptime, capacity scaling, and secure access control compliance.
Adhere to operational standards and best practices for high‑availability environments.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Data Center Operations or Infrastructure Support.
Strong understanding of networking, server hardware, and cabling systems.
Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Dell, and Palo Alto devices.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, 24x7 operations environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Note:
This position requires onsite presence (5 days/week) and working in PST time zone (4:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight EST).
