$90,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Direct the month‑end close process for Fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance. Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Manage forecasting operations, including annual and long‑range planning, and provide guidance on cost estimation and resource allocation. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance financial reporting systems, lead implementation of new tools, and drive automation initiatives. Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate business cases, guide capital investments, and support strategic projects. Conduct ad‑hoc financial and performance analysis in partnership with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth and operational discipline. Develop and deliver financial models that support both near‑term initiatives and long‑term strategic investments. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross‑functional projects. 1 year’s supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization. Masters: Business Administration. Employment Type
