Community & Digital Engagement Specialist
The Community & Digital Engagement Specialist acts as the face of Morrison Mentors within schools and the community bridging our on‑ground presence with our digital storytelling. This person captures live content at events, builds relationships with families and partners, and ensures mentors represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and represent Morrison Mentors at community and school events.
Capture and post real‑time content (photos, videos, stories) from events.
Conduct on‑site interviews or testimonials with students and parents.
Lead mentor trainings on professional presentation and brand ambassadorship.
Uphold brand standards for attire and communication in the field.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop social media content from field footage.
Assist with community marketing campaigns and relationship building.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and public‑speaking skills.
Social‑media fluency and mobile content creation experience.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or Canva).
Event coordination and on‑site communication skills.
Highly organized with a community‑driven mindset.
Preferred Background:
1–3 years in community engagement, communications or event marketing.
Familiarity with non‑profits or education settings.
