What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: design, build, launch, grow, enhance, and retire.

Serve as the subject matter expert on your product and its customers.

Develop and adapt product strategy and roadmaps to meet evolving business needs.

Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize product outcomes.

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

Educate and empower teams on product capabilities and how they solve real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly understand and advocate for solutions to customer’s problems as well as marketing and company goals.

Own definition of the problem to be solved and determine its value within our digital products.

Develop vision and strategy of a family(ies) of capabilities and/or portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals.

Collaborate with iX, Marketing leadership, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.

Own the selection and prioritization of product enhancements.

Ensure requests and feedback are seamlessly integrated into the product roadmap and development processes.

Partner with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline on implementation and launch of digital product projects.

Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features, and communicate status back to stakeholders.

Understand and evaluate new and existing product specifications across a portfolio of products to ensure scope meets marketing and business objectives.

Confirm completion of product development and determine readiness for release/launch.

Monitor key performance indicators for the product against industry‑leading benchmarks and company and marketing goals.

Identify needs by monitoring feedback from listening tools, working with iX on usability testing, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

Stay abreast of technical and professional trends, including market and competitive conditions, to best serve digital products and company goals.

Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.

Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field.

Must have four (4+) years or more of experience as a Product Owner or Manager, Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
