Location & Employment Full‑time, on‑site position located in Lakeville, MN. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating Swiss‑style CNC turning machines.
Role Description This Swiss Programmer / Turning Engineer will create precise components to meet tight tolerances, troubleshoot production processes, interpret design blueprints, optimize machine performance, and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to maintain product quality and consistency. The engineer will also ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems.
Qualifications
Experience in Computer Swiss Programming
Ability to interpret technical blueprints and specifications for machining components.
Experience with CNC machining, particularly Swiss‑style turning equipment, is highly beneficial.
Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex processes.
Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, or other quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
