Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.
Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel.
Ensure that SOPs, policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed.
Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel.
Perform opening and closing of cashier
Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks
Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity
Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized
Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed
Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Tertiary education in Tourism / Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good interpersonal and customer services skills
Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
