Client Service Specialist / Operations Team Member

We help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations. Responsibilities Handle client service requests, manage and document routine and special account issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems with home office, write letters, schedule client appointments, assist with client calls and questions, manage client relationships. Learn how to use multiple financial planning tools, manage and complete the process of requesting, tracking, receiving and inputting client financial data, close and deliver financial plans and manage overall client advice relationships. Manage, track, complete and document all post‑meeting client‑related tasks, follow‑up and requirements (including preparation, completion, scanning and submission of applications, forms, documents, meeting notes, etc.). Record and document all client interactions, updates to open tasks, activities and processes and maintain client records per industry and firm compliance requirements. Prioritize and manage the workflow and timely completion of all routine and non‑routine advisor support activities, including the assignment of tasks and activities. Key traits Associate degree or higher 2+ years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills Strong team player Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail Proven analytical and independent problem‑solving skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities Strong personal and business ethics and integrity Desire to grow and learn within the practice Education
Associate (Preferred) Licensing
Securities License (Series 7 and 66) (Preferred) Experience Similar professional office: 2 years (Preferred) Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Administrative: 2 years (Preferred) Job Type
Full‑time Salary
$58,000 – $65,000, depending on experience and securities licenses Benefits 401(k) Health insurance HSA Paid time off Vision insurance STD insurance LTD insurance Schedule
