Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This includes collaborating with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and creating a plan to achieve them. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them to set and meet their own goals, providing coaching and direction to improve departments. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience.

Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.

Must be 18 years or older.
