Job Summary General Managers lead their teams in providing guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. They develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in the restaurants, by maintaining a customer‑centric culture. The role ensures an outstanding guest and employee experience.

Essential Duties People

Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.

Communicate effectively and timely with all guests (internal and external).

Take an active role with all new team members.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert and adhere to all systems and processes.

Effectively demonstrate our Cultural Principles in every interaction.

Performance

Serve as a subject‑matter expert and adhere to all systems and processes, including BoFood and BoLabor.

Uphold standards and take corrective action when standards are not met.

Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service with every interaction.

Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities where applicable.

Engage and foster external community relationships, including recruitment and sales growth via digital platforms and catering.

Profit

Increase same‑store growth through sales and guest counts.

Understand the restaurant’s P&L results.

Understand how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales.

Actively participate in inventory management.

Demonstrate and uphold all safety and security standards.

Engage in all LTO throughout the LTO life cycle, including training and POP by deadlines.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of management experience.

18 years or older.

Able to read, write and speak English.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50‑hour work week.

Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.

Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.

Prior Microsoft Office experience.

Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently, lifting 25+ lbs.
