Position Details

Flexible part‑time for the right candidate

Direct referrals from several General Dentists

Predominantly PPO practice

Comprehensive dental office

Compensation: 50% of production

Schedule

2 days a month

Additional days may be available in Prescott, Avondale and Surprise

Location 4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Position Qualifications

Board Certified/Board Eligible

1 year of experience preferred

Endodontic Residency Certificate

Accredited Dental School Graduate

Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)

Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
