Innovative Dental is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our modern, well‑established office in Webster, NY (18 minutes from downtown Rochester). We offer a high‑quality, patient‑focused practice with advanced technology, a strong support staff, and a loyal patient base.

Supportive team: dedicated dental assistants and collaboration with two experienced providers.
Clinical and business mentorship under Dr. Gary Giangreco, a respected provider and the only certified national instructor in CEREC CAD/CAM dentistry in the Rochester area.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality general and cosmetic dentistry, including restorations, oral surgery, and endodontics.
Provide comprehensive exams and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest clinical standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual compensation: $250,000–$350,000 (based on % of collections).
Benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan.
Path to growth: stable position with potential for long‑term development and partnership.
Schedule: 4 days per week, flexible schedule options.
Employment type: Full time.
Years of experience: 1–3 years.
Bonus/commission: Yes.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
