Position Account Coordinator, eCommerce Sales, OXO

Department Sales for OXO

Work Location New York, NY, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

Hybrid Schedule At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in‑office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What You Will Be Doing

The tactical expert of key customers and their processes, timelines, and portals – including Amazon. Assists in the execution of Sales Strategy and supports both the sales team and customer needs. Proactively problem‑solves and identifies opportunities for growth.

Coordinate the execution of online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and provide analysis of results.

Support joint business planning and proactively review account performance and discuss with manager on a regular basis; identify opportunities for increased sales or improved profitability.

Maintain high levels of service and positive relationships with assigned key eCommerce accounts.

Responsible for ensuring best‑in‑class presentation of Helen of Troy brands’ product detail pages with key eCommerce customers.

Conduct regular audits of retail partner sites for product information accuracy, content placement and opportunity.

Support Amazon Advertising efforts. Partner with Sales Leads, COE, Brand Marketing and external agency partners to increase sales, build brand awareness and acquire new customers profitably.

Be the Eyes, Ears and Voice of the customer (Amazon.com) internally at Helen of Troy to help cross‑functional teams understand needs, opportunities and challenges while focusing on making the best choices overall for the brand.

Work with Sales Leads, RMO and cross‑functional teams to solve tactical problems.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years in related experience

Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis

Compensation In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $67,033–$75,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
