Electrical / RCDD Engineer
Are you ready to make an impact on the future of healthcare design? We’re looking for a
motivated Electrical / RCDD Engineer

What You’ll Do: Lead electrical and low-voltage system design from concept through completion for
healthcare and mission-critical facilities .
Apply your expertise in
power distribution, lighting, ICT, and backup power systems
to deliver efficient, code-compliant solutions.
Coordinate closely with architects and engineers across disciplines to create integrated, high-performance designs.
Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and standards such as
NFPA 70/72, ANSI/TIA,
and
local codes.
Conduct research, perform technical analyses, and propose innovative solutions that enhance user experience and project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
required;
RCDD, LEED, CEM, or LC
preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Electrical focus preferred).
5+ years of A/E industry experience , including at least 2 years as a licensed engineer.
Experience with
Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for project work.
Healthcare project experience is a plus, but not required.
