Our 254‑bed full‑service facility offers emergency care, a primary stroke center, orthopedics and the only licensed obstetric and pediatric units in Charlotte County.
The role you’ll contribute Responsible for performing all levels of general testing within the analytical laboratory. This position provides technical knowledge and applies it to department testing and clinical relevance. In addition, this position exhibits complex problem‑solving skills. Additionally, this role ensures accurate and timely test results.

Generates and reports results for accurate diagnoses and prognoses influencing patient care.
Utilizes critical thinking and independent judgment to correlate and interpret data.
Manages laboratory computer systems.
Ensures accurate and timely result reporting, including communication and documentation of critical results.
Compiles and reviews reports to ensure timely collection, processing, and testing of samples.
Qualifications
Associate in laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology
Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLSASCP) Required
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTASCP) Required
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAMT) Required
