DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Sr. NEN Analyst to manage a technical environment that integrates modern ITSM practices, multiple classified and unclassified DoD networks, diverse operating systems and hardware platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks to support the program's mission through secure, reliable, and adaptive IT and IM operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide special project management and oversight. Perform account and service management consisting of but not limited to managing Nautilus accounts and services, including creation, modification, and tracking accounts. Service management includes but not limited to IMAC submittals, IMAC tracking, and hardware and software tracking, and inventory management. End user communications involves providing written communication to end users and customers on account and services status. Experience
Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering. Certifications
CASP CISA CISSP (or Assoc) GCED GCIH Preferred Skills and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred). Physical and Mental Qualifications
Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours. Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard. Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes. Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
