  • Define and maintain secure architecture standards and portfolio-wide cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, OWASP).
  • Lead or support security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability management initiatives across portfolio components.

  • Monitor emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats to inform strategic portfolio decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and mentoring to teams to strengthen organizational cybersecurity capability and culture.
  • Partner with leadership to align cybersecurity objectives with overall digital strategy and portfolio goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally within digital transformation, product, or technology portfolio environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, DevSecOps, and secure digital solution design.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, APIs, microservices, and modern development pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with leading cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, OWASP, and CIS Controls.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and strategic discussions.
