Responsibilities

• Develop clear manufacturing work instructions for processes like fabrication, assembly, and testing
• Oversee quality, build sequence, and scheduling for hardware manufacturing
• Conduct engineering drawing assessments and manage non-conformance repair activities
• Design material handling solutions to protect hardware
• Support the manufacturing floor with assembly, installation, and compliance to engineering requirements
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence through quality and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing and engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T
• Proficiency in CAD, PLM, and other engineering software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience with Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfM)
