We’re looking for a warm, caring, and people‑oriented team member to join Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway as our ISA Care Bear. This in‑office part‑time role is focused on building lasting relationships with our past clients through friendly, meaningful conversations. You’ll reach out to check in, see how life is going, and use the FORD method (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams) to guide natural, genuine dialogue. If you’re the type of person who loves connecting with others, remembers the little details that make people feel special, and enjoys spreading positivity, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll help us continue providing the five‑star, personalized service clients know and love.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to past clients (no cold calling) using our proven relationship‑based scripts.
Engage clients in authentic conversations using the FORD framework to strengthen personal and professional connections.
Record notes and key insights from each conversation in our CRM.
Send thoughtful follow‑up messages or thank‑you notes after each interaction.
Share client feedback and opportunities with our team to enhance client experience.
Represent Team Kelli Lang with professionalism, positivity, and genuine care in every conversation.
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a warm, friendly phone presence.
Empathetic listener who can easily connect with others and build trust.
Organized and detail‑oriented; comfortable with CRM systems or data entry.
Positive, can‑do attitude and a heart for service.
Prior experience in
customer service, hospitality, or inside sales
is preferred but not required.
Availability to work in our Anacortes office for part‑time hours (flexible schedule).
Compensation $18 hourly
