Responsibilities
Contact and screen driver applicants from an electronic database.
Manage a multi-line phone system for inbound/outbound calls.
Interview and qualify candidates for open driver roles.
Review MVRs and DAC reports for disqualifications.
Communicate pay packages and company information to candidates.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of recruiting or customer service experience preferred (not required).
Call center experience a plus; open to entry‑level candidates.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, MD. This is a fully onsite position.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
