About the Role We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to temporarily support our HR team during the ongoing integration of payroll processes into our global corporate structure. The position requires in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and experience with international HR and payroll systems (SAP).
Responsibilities
Processing and ensuring the quality of monthly payroll
Supporting the integration of payroll processes into group-wide systems
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Finance, HR, IT)
Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations
Analyzing and preparing payroll data for reporting and audits
Participating in projects for process harmonization and system integration
Profile
Several years of professional experience in payroll, ideally in an international corporate environment
Excellent knowledge of German income tax and social security law
Experience with payroll systems (SAP HCM)
Experience in integration projects or system migrations is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Structured, independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
