Develop consultative partnerships with HR partners like Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs to diagnose workforce challenges and deliver actionable insights. Conduct custom research and labor market analysis to inform talent strategies across geographies and demographics. Present findings in clear, compelling formats that influence decision‑making and strategy. Employee Listening
Support survey design, deployment, and analysis in collaboration with the Employee Listening team. Translate survey results into meaningful insights and recommendations. Help evolve listening strategies to reflect changing organizational needs and employee expectations. Enablement & Adoption
Create documentation, training, and enablement materials to support non‑technical users. Establish feedback loops with end users to improve dashboard usability and identify reporting gaps. Champion data literacy and foster a culture of data‑informed decision‑making across HR. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR consulting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, OneModel, Excel). Experience with survey platforms and employee listening programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with labor market intelligence tools or external benchmarking data. Experience in a tech or global enterprise environment. Exposure to data governance and privacy practices in HR analytics. Compensation
The target salary range for this position is 98,600 - 147,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance‑Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
