CONFLUX SYSTEMS
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals).
Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.
Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
Proficiency in Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.
Core Technical Skills
System Setup & Integration
Device setup for time clocks (InTouch DX series).
Integration with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems.
Data Management
SQL for custom queries and reporting.
Functional Knowledge
Labor Management
Understanding of compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and overtime rules.
Ability to configure pay rules, rounding, and scheduling policies.
Operational Expertise
Familiarity with distribution center workflows (shift patterns, break rules).
Persona‑based access configuration (Manager, Supervisor, HR Admin).
