Tuesdays through Saturdays; must work holidays and holiday weekends.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Event Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of on‑and off‑site events. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand integrity, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless logistics from concept to completion. The Coordinator for ONX Wines & Kiler Canyon Vineyard enhances consumer engagement and sales, working closely with all Hospitality department heads to align event execution with brand objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure pouring opportunities at off‑site venues in California.
Collaborate with key vendors to secure account relationships.
Maintain short‑ and long‑term business development plans.
Secure leads (consumer data) from off‑site pourings.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Director on event goals, planning, and forecasting; meet or exceed annual event goals.
Plan and organize on‑site events for ONX & KCV wineries and vineyard locations, as well as consumer‑focused off‑site events.
Plan, organize, and run the Hosted at Home program; cold‑call and email potential clients.
Work cross‑functionally with wine club, tasting room/vineyard, marketing, and production teams to align event strategy with broader business goals.
Track and analyze event KPIs to continually improve processes and performance.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, permits, vendor relationships, and inventory.
Manage all aspects of event execution, including set‑up, break‑down, and duration, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local vendors, and vendors in areas such as LA County, Orange County, and San Diego.
Adhere to budget and cash‑flow plans, oversee ordering of supplies and scheduling partner vendors as necessary; manage event timelines, budgets, contracts, and post‑event evaluations.
Track and compile metrics related to event attendance and sales, focusing on driving increased sales at ONX & KCV events.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to manage vineyard and tasting room reservations around events and to schedule staff assistance as needed.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager on events and experiences to help drive traffic to the tasting room and vineyard.
Other duties as assigned by the Hospitality Director.

Club Events (e.g., Club parties, pickup parties, educational seminars)
Vineyard Events (Dinner in the Vines, Vineyard BBQ, Pup Walk, Harvest Experience, Holiday at the Farmstead)
Winery Events (Beer & Wine collaborative dinner, Winemaker for a Day, Mother’s Day Music, New Release tastings, Yappy Hour)
Wholesale Events (coordinate distributor and account visits/special experiences, assist with dinners at accounts)
PRWCA Events (Paso Wine S’cool, Blendfest, Wine Fest, Destination Showcase)
Off‑Site DTC Focused events (promotional pouring events such as Hospice du Rhone, Wine Fest, Food & Wine Fest, Hollywood Bowl, Edible SLO Dinners)
Private Events (large group tastings >10 guests, private on‑site dinners, private oasis and tractor shed events, vineyard picnics)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the wine industry or hospitality sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strict attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
