We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target customers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently.

Compensation $100,000 - $160,000 OTE (commission + base). Healthcare Benefits Offered.
$20,000 bonus if you close $300,000 in revenue within your first 6 months!
Responsibilities
Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
Identify and pursue sales leads and prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to the close stages
Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business
Qualifications
Candidates must be located within a daily commuting distance of Boise, ID. No relocation package is offered at this time
2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
Ability to meet and exceed the monthly quota in sales
High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
