Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene area for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized therapy plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to support the child's growth and development.
Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech-related services Knowledge of Dysphagia and its impact on pediatric patients Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) as required by state regulations Experience with pediatric therapy is highly preferred
