Job Title Business Analyst – Lead US Recruiter @ Aequor | Master’s in Biotechnology

Duration 12‑Month Contract

Job Description The Business Analytics role supports multiple customer groups and/or therapeutic areas and will be an expert in statistical methodologies for measuring marketing impact. It requires using sophisticated analytics for projects including marketing mix modeling, ROI analyses on all relevant marketing programs/customer channels and promotional spends, customer profiling and segmentation, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation.

Liaise between Marketing and Sales in the development of business tactics and strategies.

Execute departmental procedures and collaborate within the organization to ensure the marketing strategy is integrated into delivered sales force call plans for both in‑person and virtual/non‑personal digital, telephone plans, etc.

Communicate analytical results to internal customers and ensure they are used effectively.

Build and share knowledge of analytical methodologies and high‑quality vendors, including third‑party digital agencies.

Establish work habits to support therapeutic business functions’ evolving process and execution needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of analytic experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies.

OR

Master’s degree and five (5) years of experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies.

Experience analyzing large, de‑identified patient claims data sets strongly preferred.

Experience in Metabolic therapeutic areas such as CardioRenal Metabolic (e.g., Chronic Kidney and Heart Failure) strongly preferred.

Experience working within a large pharmaceutical manufacturer strongly preferred.

Proficiency in developing, documenting, and communicating analytical plans.

Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques including multivariate analytical and promotional responsiveness techniques.

Experience in conducting digital analytics (non‑personal marketing tactics such as email, banner, mobile and alerts) or working in another analytical field with a demonstrated passion for digital technology.

Experience analyzing campaigns and performing in‑campaign analytics to improve performance and working with Consumer marketing databases.

Experience in understanding customer needs, incorporating them into deliverables, and ensuring recommendations/results are implemented.

Experience coordinating insights from disparate functions and sources, e.g., marketing research, forecasts, into a comprehensive analysis and/or recommendation.

Proficiency in R/Python and/or SAS and other data extraction and analytical tools such as SQL; experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be willing to work regular business hours aligned to the EST time zone.
