$50.00 – $55.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Drive progress on key global TA operations projects, ensuring deliverables and milestones remain on track.
Keep project tracker status updated and provide weekly progress updates to the Global Head of TA.
Partner cross‑functionally with HRIS, HR Operations, Legal, IT, Compensation, Global Mobility and HRBPs to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Be the point of contact to streamline and prioritize global TA operations requests across corporate clusters, ensuring smooth rollout and communication.
Maintain global recruitment standards and best practices from the Global TA Playbook across TA teams and the business, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency, accountability, and adoption.
Vendor & Partner Management
Act as the primary liaison for vendor partners, managing escalations and new requests between the business and external partners (e.g., background check providers, recruitment tool vendors).
Data & Reporting Support
Support global TA teams by leveraging data within Power BI dashboards and Workday for metrics, insights, and operational reporting needs.
Recruitment Policy & Compliance
Maintain and ensure adherence to global recruitment policies, processes, and compliance standards across all regions.
Scheduling Coordination Oversight
Provide oversight of the TA scheduling coordination process in the US, managing a TA Specialist who supports both virtual and on‑site interview scheduling.
Talent Acquisition Operations
Provide support for all other global TA operation activities to ensure successful delivery of the global TA team priorities.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management, preferably in a global organization.
Prior hands‑on recruiting experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Experience working with Workday ATS preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with HRIS, HR Ops, Legal, IT, Compensation and other key partners.
