We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Support Analyst to join our team and support the property damage claims process for Commercial Fleets. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of claims, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow within the claims or insurance operations field. Job Responsibilities
Compile claim and damage information Enter and submit claims to multiple insurers as necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the claims management system Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation or actions Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to gather and verify claims information Monitor the repair process with repair shops and multiple carriers Escalate complex or high-risk claims to the Senior Claims Analyst Required Education And Experience
Require 2–3 years of experience in insurance claims. Property Casualty Adjusters License required. Experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably with property damage exposure, within insurance claims Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident problem solver with strong conflict resolution abilities. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Functional knowledge of claims handling concepts, including but not limited to coverage issues, product line knowledge, and practices Experience and general knowledge of Personal and Business Auto Policies Strong mathematical, analytical, and reasoning skills required Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with MS Office products preferred/required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel). Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of federal and state legislation and legal issues related to the insurance industry required Familiarity with auto or property damage claims Required Competencies
Customer-focused Detail-oriented and attention to details Problem Solving Analytical Work Environment And Physical Demands
Ability to work within a Team environment under tight schedules. Willingness to work evenings or weekends, as dictated by the needs of the business. Scope Of Management
Hybrid Position (Plano office) Compensation
Base Salary: $46,000-$60,000 based on skills and experience Perks
