As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will engage with visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You’ll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Document security‑related incidents and maintain accurate records as required by Allied Universal and site‑specific guidelines.

Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to work in limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
