Position Summary
The
Site Acquisition Manager
is responsible for all site acquisition and associated activities for assigned telecom projects — from propagation model and RF design through to NTP (Notice to Proceed) acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all
site acquisition activities , including Site file audits
RFDS review and comments
SOW preparation or review support
Coordination of A&E and/or design services
Evaluation of engineering and design requirements
Zoning, building permit (BP), or electrical permit (EP) submission and approval
Coordination of work to achieve NTP and handoff to the service delivery team
Provide support to civil and installation teams, including site access and design modification approvals
Coordinate and manage the work of Service Providers and ensure
contractual milestones, specifications, and standards
are met
Monitor project progress and
measure performance against baseline schedules
and budgets
Prepare and deliver
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Participate in project coordination and progress meetings
Ensure
quality compliance
of Service Providers and customer standards
Maintain strong relationships with customers, landlords, and internal teams
Track all site acquisition documentation and data accurately in
Site Handler
Identify and manage risks, ensuring
timely problem resolution
and continuous improvement opportunities
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of site acquisition experience, preferably with large‑scale deployments (500+ sites)
Experience managing wireless telecom site builds end‑to‑end acquisition processes
Strong understanding of zoning, permitting, and lease negotiations
Proficient in reviewing RFDS, SOWs, and A&E drawings
Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external teams
Experience working in telecom processes, Site Handler, and related systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Real Estate, or Telecommunications) preferred
Professional credentials such as Registered PE or Real Estate License are a plus
