Our client is a global intelligent automation software company that helps enterprises digitize and streamline document-intensive business processes. Its platform combines AI, OCR, and workflow automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across industries like banking, insurance, healthcare, and government. As a Presales Manager, you will be driving presales engagements with the sales team across APAC markets. This is an individual contributor position.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver product demos and technical presentations
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Handle pre-sales technical questions and solution design
Support RFI/RFP responses
Advise customers on best-fit solutions and business value
Transition projects smoothly from pre-sales to post-sales
Train and support partners and resellers
Participate in marketing events (webinars, trade shows)
Maintain strong knowledge of products and architecture
Key Requirements:
More than 8 pre-sales or technical consulting
Experience working with enterprise customers and channel partners
Background in business process automation, document processing, or BPM
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Willing to travel up to 50%
