About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven Amazon E-Commerce Specialist who can own the Amazon channel end-to-end across Seller Central and Vendor Central. This role is responsible for performance, optimization, demand planning, day-to-day operations, and strategic growth on Amazon. You will work closely with leadership, operations, marketing, and creative teams to align inventory, promotions, and messaging that drive both revenue growth and brand consistency.
This is an in-house role based in Brooklyn, NY. We are an execution-forward, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily management of YesTo’s Amazon storefronts across Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Develop and execute strategies that grow revenue, conversion rate, and repeat purchase
- Lead Amazon PPC campaigns with clear performance targets aligned to ACoS, TACoS, and contribution margin
- Monitor category trends, competitive positioning, and algorithm shifts to inform listing and pricing strategy
Site Operations, Merchandising & Content
- Optimize product detail pages, A+ content, image stacks, and keyword strategies
- Maintain accurate catalog structure, variations, compliance documentation, and listing integrity
- Manage promotional calendars, coupons, deals, and seasonal activations in collaboration with marketing
- Support planned new product launches with merchandising assets and demand forecasting
- Oversee FBA shipments, replenishment, stock monitoring, and forecasting to prevent OOS or excess inventory
- Partner with Operations to align purchasing, production timelines, and warehouse planning
- Monitor chargebacks, returns, shipment performance, and account alerts, correcting issues proactively
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Own reporting dashboards for sales, sessions, conversion, ad performance, and contribution margins
- Develop insights that translate into action against efficiency, growth, or margin improvement
- Run structured A/B tests across content, price points, promotions, or ad structures
- Present weekly performance recaps with clear conclusions and next steps
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative on content refreshes and product storytelling
- Partner with Marketing to align Amazon positioning with DTC and retail campaigns
- Communicate clearly across departments to ensure operational readiness, no surprises, and consistent execution
- Optional but valuable: Support and grow YesTo’s TikTok Shop presence, including merchandising, promotion, and influencer activation
What Makes You A Strong Fit
- 2+ years of hands‑on Amazon management experience (Seller Central required; Vendor Central strongly preferred)
- Experience owning Amazon PPC budgets and performance targets
- Proficiency with Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar keyword and research tools
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets in Excel / Sheets and translating findings into decisions
- Practical understanding of Amazon fees, profitability levers, logistics, and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline; you anticipate issues before they happen
- Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally and can drive alignment quickly
- TikTok Shop experience is a plus
- Proven track record scaling Amazon accounts and improving ACoS / TACoS performance over time
- Must have direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central (not through an agency) and be
