Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay and Employment Details The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs as described in company policy.
