Pay Range: $68–$73/hr

Responsibilities

• Key performance‑related tasks for new lines of business in the Markets domain.
• Independently manage tasks, including LRE scripting, test strategy planning, testing, monitoring, profiling, and reporting from project initiation to completion.
• Lead performance defect triage meetings and drive solution implementation.
• Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to perform root‑cause analysis of performance bottlenecks.
• Apply in‑depth knowledge of specific technologies relevant to the line of business.
• Demonstrate expert‑level communication and ownership of triage meetings.
• Execute load tests to meet target requirements and monitor systems and application metrics.
• Utilize monitoring and profiling tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports on Windows or Linux systems.
• Perform test strategy design, load scenario creation, and test plan development.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of hands‑on experience as a Performance Tester/Engineer/Architect in LoadRunner.
• Proficient in VUGen 12+ for advanced script development beyond basic record/playback.
• Skilled in scripting with HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, and TruClient protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk for load test analysis.
• Solid understanding of software development and architecture concepts (e.g., .NET, Java/JEE, 3‑tier architecture).
• Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and analyzing end‑to‑end web performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex system, application, and user issues.
• Experience with Agile tools, including Horizon JIRA and Horizon Confluence.
• Banking industry experience is compulsory.
• Flexibility to support APAC and EMEA teams with varied hours.
• Self‑motivated with proven ability to handle critical escalations and drive results.
