Position Summary:
The Department of Human Services is hiring a Community Development Manager to manage and coordinate the federally funded HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). The role includes grant administration, compliance, monitoring, and supervision of staff overseeing HOME recipients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure and maintain regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership and direction to effectively manage the operations of the program and the implementation of broader community development and planning efforts.
Provide public outreach and assistance to promote the County Department’s affordable housing production program.
Provide overall grant management tasks.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Compensation:
Starting salary range will be between $68,993.60 and $82,784.00 annually, depending on qualifications and budgetary considerations.
